Welcome to our holiday home in the sunshine state of Florida only a few miles from Disney and Kissimmee.
Our fully air conditioned and heated home is well maintained and equipped on a gated community located on Highgate Park at Legacy Park, Davenport, Orlando.
The Home in Detail
Double doors open into a hallway which also has an access door to the double garage.
The main area is large and open plan. There is a breakfast bar and a small dining area, and also a full sized dining room table and chairs for those special family meals.
Bedrooms
It has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people, including a sofa bed in lounge. Because of it's layout our home is suitable for one large family or two families to share.
The main master bedroom has a king sized bed , TV and patio doors leading to the lanai (covered pool area) and pool ready for your early morning swim. It also has a full on-suite bathroom including a large tub, his and her sinks, and a separate shower, a hair dryer is included.
The second master has a queen size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Two further twin bedded rooms share a third bathroom.
Spacious and Open Plan...
The main area comprising the lounge, dining room and kitchen is large and open plan.
The lounge area has two sofas, TV, and DVD player. There is access to the pool and lanai via large double patio doors. The pool can be seen from all areas of this large living space thus making it easy to keep an eye on the children playing in the pool.
The large pool and deck is fully enclosed and has a safety fence, loungers and an outside table and chairs, there is also an outside toilet and shower. Pool heating is available on request (extra charge).
This is a no smoking and no pets home.
Only a few minutes walk away, there is a communal tennis court and children's play area
