A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking.  With the balance due 8 weeks before your occupation date.

If booking within 8 weeks of departure, full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy.

If you need to cancel after making full payment and before 14 days prior to your occupation, 50% of your payment will be refunded.

If you need to cancel with less than 14 days to your occupation date, no refund can be given.

Currently, we accept personal cheques.  If you wish to pay by PalPal, then there will be a 4% convenience charge to be added to your booking.  Let us know if you wish to pay by this method, and we will initiate a payment by e-mail process.
